My Story

A little about me - I am a 35 year old wife, mother, educator, coach, spiritual scholar, psychedelic-positive advocate and integration guide. I was born and raised in Central New Jersey and currently reside in Northeastern Pennsylvania but my heart’s home is in paradise in Turks and Caicos Islands where I resided for 2 years and plan to make my permanent home long term. Some of my hobbies include music festivals, concerts, hiking, graphic design and drinking tea!

Back in 2023 I had a very serious health scare where I almost lost my life and it was after this experience that I realized that life is too short and I wanted to redirect my career path to one where I was able to make a positive impact in people's lives. I have always had a strong interest in mindfulness practices such as yoga, meditation, deep breathing and always had a passion for alternative medicines and plants and decided to obtain my certification in holistic life coaching. When I had my first psychedelic experience in my early 30’s, I absolutely knew that I wanted to dive deeper and that these medicines had powerful therapeutic and healing properties. I have since used psychedelics therapeutically often in my personal life and went on to receive my certification in Psychedelics & The Mind as well as continuing my research and education every day. Combining these two certifications as well as my deep interest and passion within both topics eventually lead me into the niche of incorporating Mindfulness with therapeutic psychedelic healing and coaching others through their personal journey.

My approach combines traditional mindfulness techniques with modern psychological principles to create personalized programs tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Sessions are very much so client-led, and I like to say that I guide people into becoming their own “guide.” Active listening, space holding and creating a safe space free of judgment is critical in my practice when working with clients. Guiding individuals to develop healthier coping mechanisms, reduce stress, increase clarity and focus, work through traumas and find peace and acceptance within themselves is my main goal as a coach. I aim to achieve this with practices such as meditation, yoga, grounding, breath work, affirmations and more.

A few things to keep in mind, I am a coach and not a therapist. What this means in a nutshell is that where a therapist's focus is on healing emotional pain, resolving psychological issues and managing mental health conditions, a coach focuses more so on personal development, goal-setting and self-improvement. I am however more than happy to work alongside your current therapist as a team in order to achieve the best possible outcomes. As a coach, I do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders and I do not prescribe, suggest or recommend pharmaceutical medications. I also do not provide psychedelic medication nor encourage or condone the use, purchase, sale or transfer of any illegal substances. Psychedelic Integration Coaching & Guidance supports harm reduction approaches for the purpose of education and promoting individual and public safety. If you are choosing to engage in psychedelic substances, please do so responsibly!

Keep in mind that I do not ONLY work with those choosing to partake in therapeutic psychedelic journeys but also assist clients with strictly just incorporating more mindfulness into their daily lives as well. Whatever your goals, wishes and desires may be, I will do my best to incorporate them into our path towards finding the best version of yourself you can be!
